FactoryEquipment.net provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every product that is represented on this website. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, FactoryEquipment.net will work with you to either exchange the product or refund the purchase price if a claim is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

FactoryEquipment.net cannot authorize the return of merchandise or issue a refund for any merchandise that has been in the possession of a customer for more than 7 days without a claim be filed.

Returns that involve a non-defective product with incur an 18% restocking fee. A return must be in like-new condition and include any necessary components for operation for it to be accepted. Items with missing components may be accepted, but have additional charges placed on the return for the missing items.

There is no restocking fee on products that are determined to be defective if exchanged for the exact same product.

Unfortunately, sale items, discounted items, and customized items are exempted from our return policy. We cannot accept any returns or issue a refund for these items. If a customized item was not built to your requested specifications, contact our team immediately so that we can work to make that situation right.

You must have a return authorization number to return merchandise. An authorized exchange of merchandise for a product that is non-defective may require the customer to pay for freight or shipping charges back to FactoryEquipment.net. Insurance charges on non-defective returns are also the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated.

If you choose to not insure your package and the return is not accepted, then you will be responsible for any damages or losses.

 Refunds, less any restocking or missing item fees, will be credited to your order payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 30 business days of your accepted product return.
